Recapping last week….ritual practice started with a bang, we had a great attendance for the Officers/House Meeting, the meals were terrific and…we were busy!
As you can see there is a new look to the weekly updates and I hope that you will find it easier to access the information that is important to you.
Thank you for being part of the world of Elkdom!
Sincerely,
Kira Wagner

Thank a Veteran – free postcards provided by Xerox and the link is on our Veteran’s Page http://www.elks2477.com/veterans.html – a moment of your time will give someone…who is laying their life on the line for your freedom…the knowledge that someone cares
Even though we think of this most often during the holidays – these notes are appreciated year round…
iGive – for those of you that shop online OR EVEN SEARCH for items online…since 2006 the BPO Elks has partnered with iGive. Using this service provides donations for the Elks National Foundation go to www.iGive.com/Elks and sign-up today!
This is a personal testimony since I’ve been using this for less than 8 weeks —I use the search feature and to date, according to iGive, I’ve raised $5.59 for the Elks National Foundation just by using the service and this isn’t a result of any additional purchases. It isn’t a lot as a stand-alone amount but imagine how much we could do for ENF if everyone that uses the internet to search would use this service!
Email – Please feel free to forward this to other members that may not be on the list. Also, encourage them to send in their information (at least their name and email) if they would like to receive updates on happenings at the Lodge!
Sickness and Distress…as well as Good News!
· We’re pleased to have Coach David back and doing great!
· Please keep Brother Dick Flittner in your prayers.
· Remember those in our military as well as our country’s leaders
